The platform provides language-learning tools to browse and study vocabulary, generate vocabulary with artificial intelligence, read learning texts and chat with AI characters.
The platform includes free content and premium content. Premium access is unlocked after a completed credit purchase. Credit purchases are one-time payments: there is no monthly subscription and no automatic renewal.
Some artificial-intelligence features may consume credits. Premium access and the remaining credit balance are separate concepts.
3. Acceptable use
You must use the service lawfully and in accordance with these terms, applicable law and third-party rights.
- Do not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
- Do not attempt to access accounts, systems or data without authorisation.
- Do not deliberately interfere with the security or availability of the service.
- Do not use AI features to create or distribute content whose use is unlawful.
4. Artificial intelligence
Vocabulary-generation tools and character chats may use artificial-intelligence systems.
AI characters are automated systems and not real people. Generated responses may contain errors, inaccuracies or incomplete information and should be used for educational purposes.
5. User-provided content
You retain any rights you hold in text, images, messages or other content you submit to the service. You authorise us to process it only as needed to provide the requested feature.
You are responsible for having the rights or permissions required for the content you submit.
6. Intellectual property
The platform's design, code, brand, visual elements and proprietary content are protected by the rights held by their respective owners.
Using the platform does not transfer ownership of those elements to the user.
7. Availability and liability
We try to keep the service available and secure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Nothing in this Legal Notice limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
